Wardbloom is in closed beta
Wardbloom is not yet generally available. This website lets you express interest and join a waiting list for a closed beta. Completing the enrollment form does not create a subscription and does not charge you. Any billing would begin only after a compatibility review and an agreement with you that we confirm separately.
Pricing and descriptions are illustrative
The monthly price and product descriptions shown on this site describe what we plan to offer and may change. Example alerts and scenes on the site are illustrations, not live camera footage or real results.
Not a safety or emergency service
Wardbloom is intended to supplement, never replace, attentive human supervision of children. It is not an emergency service, a medical device, or a guarantee that any event will be detected or reported. If someone is in danger, contact your local emergency number immediately.
Your use of the site
Please give accurate information, and do not misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, probe it for weaknesses, or submit information about someone else without their permission.
Intellectual property
The Wardbloom name, logo, text, images and design belong to Wardbloom or its licensors. Camera and smart-home brand names mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners; mentioning them does not imply endorsement or partnership.
No warranty
The site and anything on it is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wardbloom is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes
We may update these terms as the product develops. The effective date above shows when they last changed; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
